Delivery Information

We offer free delivery within a 10-mile radius of Market Drayton. For locations beyond this range, a small delivery fee applies, depending on distance. Please contact us for a quote if you’re unsure.
• Free delivery area: Market Drayton + 10-mile radius
• Extended delivery available: Across Shropshire, Cheshire & Staffordshire
• Delivery days: Monday–Saturday (flexible times available)
• Delivery method:
• Large orders delivered in bulk bags using sack trolleys for easy placement
• Barrow bags are compact and ideal for tight spaces
• Kindling nets are only available as an add-on with log orders

We’ll always try to place your order as close as possible to your desired location (driveway, garage, log store, etc.), but please note we cannot deliver bags up or down steps.

🔁 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of firewood products, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered and accepted unless:
• The item(s) were damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong product
• The wood is not as described (e.g., not kiln-dried or over 20% moisture)

If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

🧾 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. After that, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or withhold delivery charges if costs have already been incurred.
