• Product descriptions, including bag sizes and wood type, are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
• Firewood is sold by volume, not by weight.

3. Moisture Content & Quality
• All logs supplied are kiln-dried hardwood, ready to burn and compliant with UK regulations.
• Moisture content is below 20%, making our logs efficient and environmentally friendly.
• Logs may vary in shape or size slightly depending on supply (e.g., “wonky wood”).

4. Ordering & Payment
• Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
• We accept payments via Stripe (card payments) or Cash on Delivery.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment is received or confirmed.
• Kindling nets can only be ordered alongside a log order.

5. Delivery Terms
• Free delivery within 10 miles of Market Drayton. A small fee applies beyond this radius.
• We do our best to deliver to your preferred location (driveway, garage, log store), but we cannot deliver bags up or down steps.
• Customers must ensure clear access for delivery.
• If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will place the order in a safe, agreed-upon location.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
• You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
• No returns accepted after delivery unless the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos where possible.

7. Chimney Sweeping
• All chimney sweeping services are carried out by a trained professional, certified by the Chimney Sweep Academy.
• CCTV inspections are included as standard with every sweep.
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a fee.

We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Damage caused by misuse of firewood or failure to follow safe storage/use practices.
• Injury, fire, or damage resulting from improper fireplace or chimney maintenance.
